CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
With the purchase of the products offered through the website www.alpgieg.com (hereinafter the “Website“), owned by ALP GIEG, S.L. the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of these General Conditions of Purchase. Therefore, before proceeding to accept the conditions, please read its contents carefully.
If the Customer does not accept the General Conditions of Purchase, the products cannot be purchased and, consequently, ALP GIEG, S.L. – through its Website – will not assume any obligation or liability whatsoever.
Furthermore, the Customer declares that it has sufficient legal capacity to purchase the products of the Website.
ALP GIEG, S.L. reserves the right to amend the content and/or scope of the General Conditions of Purchase at any time, without the need to communicate or notify as such in advance. Therefore, before purchasing each product, please read its contents carefully as it is the responsibility of the Customer to review the General Conditions of Purchase before purchasing any product from the Website.
The General Conditions of Purchase govern the distance selling relationship between ALP GIEG, S.L. and the User or Customer, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, data protection, and Information Society and e-Commerce Services.

- Execution of the Agreement
Once the product has been selected and added to the cart, the User may register with the Website or, before purchasing the product, click on “Am I a Customer? Click here to enter” which is located in the top-left-hand corner of the shop; or if the User is not a customer, by filling in the form with all the requested data, before proceeding to make the payment.
Once the User has filled in the entire form, they can check the box “Create an account?”
If the User has forgotten their password, they will be able to recover it at “Login” “Forgotten your password?”
Upon placing the order, the User will receive acknowledgement of receipt by email or another equivalent means of electronic communication at the address that they have provided.

- Availability of the Product
The availability of the products offered by ALP GIEG, S.L. may change depending on the demand of buyers. Although ALP GIEG, S.L. regularly updates the stock, the product requested by the Customer may be out of stock at that moment. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, the Customer will receive an informative email and will be paid the sums paid for the cancelled order within 30 days.
The price of each of the products will be the price that appears in euros alongside each product on the Website.
ALP GIEG, S.L. reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without prior notice. The price applicable to the purchase request made by the Customer will be the price that appears at the moment of accepting the General Conditions of Purchase.
- Payment method and invoices
The User may pay the amount corresponding to their order by choosing any of the following methods. The User’s choice must be indicated during the purchase process. All invoices will be sent after receival of payment and of the goods.
- VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or MASTERCARD credit card
All transactions involving the disclosure of personal or bank data are carried out in a secure environment, on an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard security technology based server. All the information you disclose to us travels over the network in an encrypted form.
Similarly, the User’s credit card information is entered directly on the website of the bank, in the POS (the bank’s Point of Sale Terminal) terminal and is not entered or recorded on any server of ALP GIEG, S.L.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, the User will always be asked for the following details: card number, expiry date, and a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus, offering further guarantees on the security of the transaction.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or unduly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the provider and cardholder will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase had indeed been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund did not result from the exercise of their right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge had been unduly demanded, the cardholder will be under an obligation to compensate ALP GIEG, S.L. for any loss or damage caused as a result of such cancellation.
- Transport costs
The carriage will vary according to the choice of the User:
STANDARD 48-72 HOURS: €15.90
EXPRESS 24-48 HOURS: €17.90
In any case, carriage for purchases over €90 will be free.
- Execution and delivery times
ALP GIEG, S.L. will ship products to delivery addresses located in Europe.
Once the Customer has made the payment corresponding to the product, ALP GIEG, S.L. has confirmed it, and the confirmation email has been sent to the User regarding this purchase, the products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User in the purchase process and within the term provided on the Website, and no later than twenty-one (21) days after the conclusion of the agreement, in the Iberian Peninsula, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands; and thirty (30) days for all other international deliveries
ALP GIEG, S.L. will not be responsible for any errors that may arise in the delivery of the products purchased in the event that the User has not correctly filled in the information on the Website. If there are any incidents within the delivery period, ALP GIEG, S.L. will inform the User appropriately and immediately. The User
If it is not possible to deliver the shipment due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave a note informing the recipient and attempt to contact them by telephone. After two failed attempts, the User must contact the transport agency to coordinate the delivery.
The User will be responsible for any risks of the products from the time of delivery and, in the case of a return, the Customer will continue to be responsible until the products are delivered to ALP GIEG, S.L.
- Returns and defective products
The Customer must inspect the deliveries once they have been received, in order to verify the quantity and any damage during transport. The Customer must inform ALP GIEG, S.L. of any defects detected within 24 hours of receipt of the goods or, in the event of hidden defects, within the same period after they have been detected.
ALP GIEG, S.L. will assume all costs related to identifying and repairing defects.
- Warranties and After-sales Service
The warranty period will be 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods received. In the event that the legal provisions for warranty claims provide for a shorter term, the provisions of such regulations will apply.
Furthermore, the products must be returned in perfect condition with the corresponding labels and packaging (boxes, bags, etc.) in the same manner as they were received, at the following address: C/ Edison 1, 08150 Parets del Vallès (Barcelona). The return costs will be assumed by the Customer.
Once ALP GIEG, S.L. receives the product, it will verify that it does not meet the optimum conditions for use, and proceed to repair or replace the product or refund the amounts paid for the product, and refund the costs that the Customer has had to pay to purchase the product.
ALP GIEG, S.L. guarantees that its products meet the specified quality standards.
- Complaints and Claims
Customers may address their complaints and claims by email to the address email@example.com
ALP GIEG, S.L. will answer the claims received in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within one month of the submission of the claim.
- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Purchase will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Any disputes that may arise between ALP GIEG, S.L. and the Customer must be settled in the courts for the area of Barcelona.
